Bob Kraft Inducted into International Fluid Power Hall of Fame

The employee-owners of Kraft Fluid Systems offer our most heartfelt congratulations to our founder, Bob Kraft, on his induction into the International Fluid Power Societyโ€™s Fluid Power Hall of Fame! Bob has been dedicated to developing and advancing the standards and knowledge base of the fluid power industry for more than five decades and continues to have a demonstrable impact on the industry as a whole.

We appreciate that the International Fluid Power Society has recognized the many efforts and contributions that Bob has made to advance the industry. Among many others, these include his contributions to the first edition of the Lightning Reference Handbook, his commitments of time to the leadership of the IFPS, his generosity in establishing the Kraft Family Associate Professorship Awards at Ohio University, and his investment and efforts into furthering the knowledge of the employee-owners at Kraft to better serve our customers. His commitment to the IFPS certification standards has led to requiring IFPS fluid power certification of all technical employee-owners at Kraft Fluid Systems, a standard that we continue to maintain.

This is a very well-deserved recognition to a man to whom so many of us in the fluid power industry, none more so than the employee-owners and families of Kraft Fluid Systems, owe a debt of gratitude and appreciation. In addition to being well-deserved, this is a well-timed honor: 2022 is the 50th anniversary of the founding of Kraft Fluid Systems by Bob and Marie Kraft.

Please join us in offering our congratulations and thanks to Bob for his decades of commitment! A copy of the International Fluid Power Societyโ€™s press release on this announcement can be found at the link below:
