With Dana’s recent purchase of Oerlikon Fairfield’s Drives Systems segment, Kraft looks forward to mutually supporting customers in their Torque-Hub planetary drive needs.

Cleveland, OH – Kraft Fluid Systems Inc., a premier North American distributor for Fairfield’s Torque- Hub® planetary drive products for nearly 30 years, announces a new partnership with Dana Inc. The Maumee, Ohio-based world leader in highly engineered solutions for powered vehicles and machinery, Dana recently purchased Oerlikon’s Drive Systems segment, including the Fairfield Torque-Hub brand.

Oerlikon Fairfield’s Torque-Hub planetary drive products are sold worldwide to leading off-highway vehicle and industrial equipment manufacturers. A global leader, the company brought innovative new solutions to market, including electric drive options, integrated hydraulic motor packages and integral service brake options.

For more than 30 years, Kraft has been one of Fairfield’s largest and longest standing industrial distributors and authorized service centers for Torque-Hub products and assemblies. Kraft inventories more than $1 million worth of Torque-Hub drive systems and parts — the largest inventory in North America.

Kraft’s expert field sales and engineering staff are trained to analyze all applications and select the correct Torque-Hub planetary drive that offers the best performance and value for the application. Customers can expect to receive high quality, field-tested, and proven products.

“Our partnership with Fairfield extends more than 30 years and this certainly adds value for our mutual customers. We look forward to a new partnership with Dana and continuing our commitment to delivering customers the best Torque-Hub planetary drive for their specific applications,” said Scott Durand, Kraft’s vice president of sales and marketing.

Dana’s acquisition of Oerlikon’s Drives Systems segment allows the company to support its customer shift toward vehicle electrification in the commercial and off-highway vehicle segments.

The Drive Systems business serves a global roster of original-equipment manufacturers with a portfolio of high-tech products that can be found in a wide range of applications for operating machinery and equipment used in agriculture, construction, energy, mining, and on-road transportation.
