On August 22, 2007 we hosted our 9th annual blood drive for the American Red Cross at our facility. This year we collected 20 pints of blood. Thanks to everyone who participated!

For our 2006 Christmas giving project, we collected supplies for a platoon of soldiers stationed south of Baghdad, Iraq. This unit's job is to go into unsecured zones and build small bases to maintain U.S. authority. The soldiers live without electricity or bathroom facilities in a pre-fabricated base camp they build themselves. They need to be prepared to move to a new location at anytime and everything they have must be packed and carried on their backs. We shipped the troops 7 large boxes filled with toiletries, snacks, and other miscellaneous supplies.

In March of 2005 we raised a total of $4,000 for the American Red Cross Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund through various events. We held a 50/50 raffle and a bake sale, but the highlight was the lemonade stand. We offered cans of lemonade in exchange for a donation to the cars driving past our building.
